How do I create a poll?

Open the Settle app, tap "New poll", type your question, add options (text or a photo for each), and tap share. Your group gets a link — no app required to vote.

How do I create a Teams decision?

Sign in at settle.ink, open your Teams dashboard, and tap "New decision." Add the question and options (start from a template if you like), add your stakeholders' emails, choose a decision rule and a deadline, then send. Each stakeholder gets a private link and votes in their browser — no account needed.

Billing and cancellation

How do I cancel Settle Pro on iPhone?

Go to Settings on your iPhone → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Settle. Tap Cancel Subscription.

How do I cancel Settle Pro on Android?

Open the Google Play Store → tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Settle → Cancel subscription.

How do I cancel Settle for Teams?

In your Teams dashboard, go to Settings → Billing → Manage subscription, which opens the Stripe customer portal where you can cancel. Your access continues until the end of the current paid period.

Account and data

How do I delete my account?

Open the Settle app → Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and all your polls.

How do I delete my Teams workspace?

In your Teams dashboard, go to Settings → Delete workspace and type the workspace name to confirm. The subscription cancels at the end of the paid period and the workspace's decision data is removed immediately.

How do I export my Teams data?

In your Teams dashboard, go to Settings → Download my data to export your workspace's full decision history — questions, options, participants, votes and actions — as a JSON file.

How do I unsubscribe from Settle emails?

Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any invitation or reminder email, or email us at help@settle.ink. Once you opt out, we stop sending decision emails to that address.
